REM-B HYDRAULICS is specialized for more than 35 years in the repair of hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders and valves. Our modern workshop is properly equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and test-benches. All repaired units are tested according to OEM factory specifications.

Due to our access to a large inventory of spare parts and the use of modern machinery we can repair your hydraulic units in a very short time.
After repair, each unit is tested with state-of-the-art test equipment according to OEM specifications.
We repair all kinds of hydraulic cylinders: from small standard cylinders to the very big complex models. Our machinery park consists of conventional turning lathes, honing machines and CNC-workstations. To improve lead time we have developed a unique clamp-tilting system that allows us to dramatically reduce dismantling & assembly times.
After repairs, cylinders are thoroughly tested on our state of the art test bench and always leave our warehouse accompanied by a test certificate.
We have the necessary analysis and testing equipment to repair and overhaul a wide range of proportional and servo-valves. For the repair of on-board electronics we cooperate with a few select specialized partners. We repair all sizes of valves, ranging from the smallest to the biggest conventional valves.
After repairs, each valve is subjected to thorough testing according to OEM factory specs by our computer controlled test bench and a test certificate is provided.
