Receipt & flexible service
As soon as your component arrives, you choose the priority. In case of acute downtime, you can use our Emergency Express (Exchange) service to resume production immediately.

Repair or remanufacturing
Our specialists replace defective parts. If you choose remanufacturing, we replace all wear parts, giving the product a second life with a new warranty.
CE retention
Every unit retains its CE certification after repair.
