We measure existing cylinders, analyze the application, and define the technical specifications. Production is carried out by established, carefully selected partners who meet our quality standards. From diagnosis to test bench. You bring in the hydraulic cylinder, and we take care of the rest. Here is what you can expect from us:
Reception & initial inspection
We receive your hydraulic cylinder in our workshop and perform an initial visual check. Urgent? We will prioritize your request.
Disassembly & inspection
Our technicians fully disassemble the cylinder and inspect every component for wear, damage, or incorrect settings.
Transparent quote
You will receive a clear, comprehensive quote as soon as possible, including photos of any damaged parts. No surprises.
Repair
Once you have approved the quote, we get to work. All worn parts are replaced, and components are reworked or remachined according to OEM specifications.
Surface treatment (if necessary)
Think of hard chrome plating, laser cladding, or ceramic coating. REM-B has the expertise to provide the right advice and oversight for these treatments, working in collaboration with specialized partners.
Assembly & testing
The hydraulic cylinder is rebuilt, tested for pressure and leak-tightness on our test bench, and delivered with a test report.
Delivery or pickup
You can pick up the hydraulic cylinder, or we can return it to you, fully operational and ready for use.

With a large stock of rods, barrels, seals, and components, we move quickly from diagnosis to execution. After a thorough inspection, you will receive a clear quote with photos, so you know exactly where you stand. Once approved, we get to work immediately, including any necessary treatments such as hard chrome plating, ceramic coating, or laser cladding.
Every overhauled cylinder is extensively tested on our advanced test bench. You are welcome to observe this process if you wish, and you will always receive a test report upon delivery.
