Hydraulic valves: repair and testing
Hydraulic valves control the direction, pressure, and flow in your hydraulic system. When a valve does not function correctly, it can lead to downtime, erratic movements, pressure loss, or hard-to-diagnose malfunctions.
REM-B Hydraulics repairs hydraulic valves from leading brands. We combine mechanical expertise, experience with hydraulic applications, and computer-controlled test benches to not only repair valves but also test them under controlled conditions.

Repairs
Valves
Specialist in hydraulic valves
At REM-B Hydraulics, every valve undergoes a thorough technical assessment. Our specialists disassemble and inspect the valve, check for wear and contamination, and determine whether a repair is technically and economically viable.
We work on a wide range of hydraulic valves, including conventional valves, proportional valves, and servo valves. Where necessary, we replace or repair mechanical parts, clean critical components, and carefully reassemble the valve.
For electronic components and specific valve electronics, we collaborate with specialized, reliable partners. This ensures REM-B remains your single point of contact, while every discipline is handled by the right expert.
Valves
Tested and calibrated on the test bench
A valve repair is only reliable if the valve is tested correctly. That is why we use computer-controlled test benches to verify the operation, leak tightness, and control characteristics of hydraulic valves.
After the repair, we test the valve under controlled conditions. Where applicable, the valve is adjusted and you receive clear test documentation. This ensures you not only know what was repaired, but also that the valve is functioning correctly again.

Valves
Our approach
Receipt & initial inspection
Upon receipt, we perform an initial visual and technical inspection. We examine the valve type, its application, and the reported fault.
Disassembly & diagnosis
The valve is carefully disassembled and inspected. We check for wear, contamination, damage, internal leakage, and potential operational irregularities.
Transparent quote
You will receive a clear quote with an explanation of the proposed repair. This way, you know in advance what needs to be done and why.
Repair
Following your approval, we repair or replace the necessary parts. The valve is cleaned, reassembled, and prepared for testing and adjustment.
Testing and documentation
The repaired valve is tested on our test bench. Where necessary, we perform adjustments and provide test documentation upon delivery.
Delivery or collection
After a successful test, the valve is prepared for delivery or collection, ensuring it can be reliably put back into service in your installation.
