Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Supervisor
For over 40 years, REM-B Hydraulics has been the go-to specialist in hydraulics. With a team of more than 70 colleagues, we provide a full-service approach to the maintenance, repair, and sale of hydraulic components.
We are looking for a driven Repair Team Leader for our specialist department—a team of 15 experienced colleagues who are responsible for the daily repair of hydraulic cylinders.
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire repair process: from the arrival of a faulty cylinder to preparing quotes and overseeing the final repair.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent people skills, and a good grasp of processes. An affinity for technology or experience in a technical/industrial environment is definitely a plus.
Job description
- Coordinating the entire repair process with a focus on efficiency and workflow
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on operational results
- Developing employees and the team, and ensuring knowledge retention
- Acting as a liaison between technicians, administration, customers, and other internal departments
- Analysing bottlenecks and implementing improvement initiatives
- Ensuring clear communication, setting priorities, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere
Your profile
- You have experience as a team leader or coordinator, preferably in a technical or production environment
- You are highly organised and know how to bring structure to complex processes
- You are able to motivate, connect, and lead people in a results-oriented way
- You communicate clearly and possess strong analytical insight
- Technical affinity or experience within a repair or production context is a plus
