Repair project follow-up

• You will manage larger and more complex repair files on a project basis.
• You will monitor agreements, lead times, and priorities.
• You will ensure clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• You will maintain an overview of active files and intervene in a timely manner when necessary.

New cylinder follow-up

• You will handle inquiries for new hydraulic cylinders.
• You will gather the necessary technical information.
• You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and specialized partners.

Administration and documentation

• You prepare and follow up on quotes.
• You process requests and orders.
• You draft technical reports, damage reports, and documentation.
• You monitor client-specific agreements, procedures, and requirements.

Collaboration and improvement

• You act as a bridge between clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
• You actively contribute ideas for more efficient work methods and processes.
• You help bring structure to existing and new workflows.

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a technical field.
• You have an interest in technology and enjoy working in a technical environment.
• You are strong in planning, organizing, and following up.
• You communicate fluently with various stakeholders in Dutch, French, and English.
• You work independently, but are also a true team player.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
